Simeon Peshov Honorary President Bulgarian Construction Chamber

He graduated University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia. He specialized in the Academy of Sciences in Moscow. His work starts at the Computing Center for Construction. In 1969 През 1969 г. specialized in Imperial College London.

From 1976 to 1979 he was a senior expert in the production line of the General Directorate of Construction of the People’s Republic of China in Moscow.

From 1981 to 1989 he worked at the Ministry of Construction as Director, Chief Executive Officer, Vice President of the Building and Construction Industry Association.

Since 1990 he has been CEO of Glavbolgarstroy. Mr. Peshov is the Chairman of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber from 2003 to 2010 and is currently its “Honorary President”.

Plamen Dimitrov

Plamen Dimitrov President Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria

Plamen Dimitrov was born on September 20, 1963 in the town of Rousse, where he graduated from Electrical Engineering School and later graduated as a mechanical engineer at the Nikola Vaptsarov Higher Naval School in Varna.

From 1997 to 1999 he continued his university studies at the Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”. He graduated as a Master in Human Resource Management.

In 1997, Plamen Dimitrov was elected Deputy Chairperson for Common Policy, Organization, Coordination and Control at CITUB. Since 2003 he has been chairman of the MB of the College of Workers’ Education. Since 2007, at the 6th Congress of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions (CITUB), he has been elected Vice-President of the Confederation.

On October 12, 2010, the Co-ordinating Council of CITUB by a full majority elects CITUB Vice-President Plamen Dimitrov as President of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria for the time of the 7th CITUB Congress in the spring of 2012. On May 3, 2013 VII Congress of CITUB elects Plamen Dimitrov as Confederation leader.

Plamen Dimitrov is a member of the European Economic and Social Council and of the Economic and Social Council of the Republic of Bulgaria. Represents CITUB in the Executive Committee of the European Trade Union Confederation and in the Pan-European Regional Council of the International Trade Union Confederation.

Ognyan Trajanov

Born in 1958 in Sofia. Graduated and post-graduated from the Sofia Technical University. Working experience as a scientific researcher in Interprogramma Institute in the area of Artificial Intelligence. Attended many technical and managerial trainings at IBM and at Oracle Corporation. Chairman of The National network of the UN Global Compact.

Honored with the first of its kind award for “Contribution to the Development of Information and Communication Technologies” at the “Mister Economy 2012” competition, once it was established.

Member of the National Innovation Council under the Ministry of Economy and Energy.

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Philippines in Bulgaria.

Lachezar Todorov

With more than 25 years of experience in tourism and travel, Lachezar started his carrier in travel management and tour operation in 1990 in Carlson Wagonlit Travel as an intern. By 1995 he became an account manager in the same company, responsible for the key accounts the company provided services to in Bulgaria. 2001 marked a serious professional change, when he joined the newly established group of companies around Terra Tour Service EOOD, which concentrate the private investment in the area of tourism and hospitality of Agrohold AD, originally as CEO of Relax Plus AD and later on as CEO of the mother company itself. In 2001 he also became the CEO of the travel agency and tour-operator of the group – Hornit OOD.

In the following years Mr. Todorov helped concentrate the investment efforts and was instrumental for the growth of the company, which nowadays owns four hotel properties (SUNEO Helios Beach, RIU Helios Bay, ClubHotel RIU Helios Paradise and RIU Helios) along the Black Sea Coast and another two (RIU Pravets Resort and Pravets Palace) in the area of Pravets. The company currently owns over 1 700 hotel units, to which another 600 will be added in 2019, when the last two projects (Hyatt Regency Sofia and RIU Palace Sunny Beach) are expected to come into operation.

His professional experience grew with his extensive involvement in the relationship with the international hotel management companies, like RIU and Hyatt International and more recently Marriott International, Accor Group and IHG. On the tour-operating site, Lachezar is well respected due to his long and fruitful history with all tour-operators from the group of TUI, as well as other international and local ones, doing business across Europe, Russia and the CIS countries.

Although hospitality represents the most significant part of the investments of TTS EOOD, the company has also tried and been successful in other tourism related projects, like the 18-hole Peter Harradine designed Pravets Golf Course, as well as the four hunting concessions, covering some of the best areas for hunting tourism in the country. Terra Tour Service EOOD, has also involved in some real estate investment with two projects – Helios Beach Apartments in Pomorie (now successfully completed) and Pravets Residence, where the company is actively involved as a property manager of the complex, consisting of residential apartments and villas.

Mr. Todorov is a member of the National Tourism Board of Bulgaria and one of the most respected Bulgarian professionals in investments projects and personnel management, finance and strategic planning. Popular speaker at real estate and tourism investment forums in the country and abroad.

Mr. Todorov graduated the Moscow State Institute for International Relations in 1991 with Master’s degree in international relations. Married, with four children and resides in Sofia.

Elena Koseva

The company manages this Bulgarian resort, which has more than 100 years of history and established long-standing traditions in the provision of tourist services. Together with its subsidiaries, the company manages 11 hotels, including the 5-star hotel – the Graphite Gallery and the four-star hotel chain AHOTELS. Part of the company’s portfolio is the construction, maintenance and management of luxury residential complexes of closed type.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and Spa Tourism. Elena Kosseva holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Chernorizets Hrabar Univeristy, as well as Master’s degrees in Economics, Management of Construction and Accounting and Control at the Varna University of Economics. She has 15 years of management experience in the field of tourism.

Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry and travel sector. Strong entrepreneurship professional skilled in Business Planning, Customer Acquisition, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and International Business Development.

Andrey Lilov started his career in the travel industry in a leading software company in Bulgaria, immediately after completing his training at the Technical University of Varna. For 15 years he has grown up in the company from a Junior Support Professional to a Business Development Manager. In 2014, boasting enormous enthusiasm, plenty of innovative ideas and rich experience in travel sector, he founded his first own company for mobile distribution and marketing solutions for hotels and restaurants.

Following the global trends in the rapidly evolving technological environment, the consumption of mobile devices and the need for optimized solutions to make people’s lives easier, the URBO mobile application together with SmartPass Sunny Beach concept is born.

In 2016 he founded the Academy of Innovation in Tourism, where the main focus is to acquaint the industry with modern tools and techniques to increase sales.  His knowledge and understanding of the local and international culture, economy and tourism, as well as his large network of contacts, are considered extremely valuable not only for guiding clients and partners, but at the same time for the further development and success of all companies in which he participates as a whole.

Mr. Lilov is married with one child and resides in Sofia, Bulgaria.
